Irina Baumgertner

Irina Baumgertner is a versatile professional with a diverse background. She graduated from the University of Finance in Russia in 2002 and started her career as an accountant and financial manager with ABB, a Swedish company. In 2006, she worked as a Chief Project Manager at Lukoil, where she developed a new direction in biofuels. Since 2014, Irina has been involved in real estate business in Florida, USA. She completed a course at Harvard Business School in 2020.

Eugene Gourevitch

As the President of Eclipse Group LLC, Mr. Gourevitch brings a wealth of experience to the table. He has managed hundreds of millions of dollars for a sovereign wealth fund and high-net-worth individuals, established and managed an international investment bank, and acted as a strategic advisor to heads of state.

Uliana Pak

Ms. Pak has over 10 years of experience in finance and management. For the past 5 years, she has been working as a Business Controller at an international e-commerce company. Her areas of expertise include accounting, budgeting, compliance, and internal control.
